House of Operations was first established with the primary objective of assisting technology businesses in the UK. Over time, the organization extended its services to businesses located in various parts of the world, including Europe, Asia, the US, and the UAE. Today, House of Operations is headquartered in both the United Kingdom and The United Arab Emirates

The concept
The concept of house of operations came to life when founder Jay Khiroya, realised the critical need of revenue operations in start up and scale up businesses. Having worked in various revenue operation streams, it was paramount the importance of this function to drive growth and support scale.
Building operations across key revenue streams requires specific skills, knowledge and experiences, that are unique and can be extremely difficult to find in the market. And, this is how house of operations came to life.

Founder & CEO
With more than 18 years of experience in sales, revenue operations, and business management across diverse markets, industries, and company sizes, Jay has honed his expertise in business operations. He was pushed to accelerate his knowledge of business operations when tasked with building operations in various African countries, and subsequently across the Middle East and Africa. Jay encountered different challenges, objectives, multiple stakeholders, and cultural and language barriers, which underscored the importance of operational excellence for effective business operations.
While working with numerous technology companies, Jay identified operational similarities and challenges faced by both start-up and scale-up technology businesses. These included operational inefficiencies across the customer lifecycle, inadequate data capture, a lack of data-driven strategic decision-making, and insufficient investment in tech stacks.
Jay founded a business that provides tailored support to start-up and scale-up companies to help them leverage revenue operations and achieve sustainable growth. His goal is to help businesses overcome their operational challenges and watch them thrive.
